BRIDGE COMMERCIAL REPRESENTS VENOM EV IN 200,000 SF HEADQUARTERS RELOCATION TO CHARLESTON, SC.
CHARLESTON, SC – Hagood S. Morrison II, John Beam, Brooks Courtney, and Graham Meisel of Bridge Commercial are pleased to announce the successful lease of a 200,000-square-foot facility at 2725 W. 5th North Street in the Charleston region. Bridge Commercial represented Venom EV in the transaction as the rapidly growing manufacturer relocates its corporate headquarters and establishes a new manufacturing and distribution facility in the Lowcountry.
Following a comprehensive multi-market site selection process, Venom EV selected the Charleston region for its expansion, citing the area's strategic location, skilled workforce, and business-friendly environment. The new facility will support the company's manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and product development operations as the company continues to expand its presence across North America.
