BRIDGE COMMERCIAL REPRESENTS ARBORGEN IN LEASING AND SALE OF FORMER HEADQUARTERS FACILITY
RIDGEVILLE, S.C. – Hagood S. Morrison II, Brooks Courtney, John Beam, and Graham Meisel of Bridge Commercial, a full-service commercial real estate firm serving the Southeast, represented ArborGen in the relocation of its corporate headquarters, the leasing of its former research and development facility, and the subsequent sale of the property at 2011 Broadbank Court in Ridgeville, South Carolina, west of downtown Summerville.
As part of its long-term strategic planning, ArborGen elected to consolidate its operations into a new headquarters focused on executive office functions. The transition created excess space at its former headquarters and research and development facility that was no longer needed for the company's core
operations. Bridge Commercial advised ArborGen throughout the process, securing a new headquarters location while simultaneously marketing the former facility. After successfully leasing the property, Bridge Commercial facilitated the sale of the asset to an industrial investor, enabling ArborGen to maximize the property's value while supporting the company's evolving operational needs.
