With 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Barb has built a successful career in property management and commercial leasing. She began her career in Buffalo, New York, leasing retail, office, and medical office properties before relocating to Raleigh, North Carolina, where she spent the next 22 years advancing from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager and ultimately to Director of Property Management.

A licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker, Barb has extensive experience managing Class A office, medical office, and retail portfolios, with expertise in property operations, financial management, budgeting, capital improvement projects, vendor management, lease administration, and tenant relations. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, operational expertise, and commitment to maximizing asset performance while building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and business partners.
