BIO

Industrial real estate decisions have long-term implications for a company's operations, supply chain, and financial performance. I help companies and institutional owners make informed industrial real estate decisions that support their long-term business objectives.

My practice focuses on advising corporate industrial occupiers and institutional owners throughout the Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia port markets, with an emphasis on large and complex industrial assignments.

My practice includes:
• Corporate occupier strategy and tenant representation
• Institutional landlord representation for large-scale industrial developments
• Industrial assignments typically ranging from 100,000 square feet to more than 1,000,000 square feet

Over twenty-one (21) years, I have been involved in more than $1 billion in industrial real estate transaction consideration. I regularly collaborate with SIOR professionals and other trusted advisors across North America to support multi-market industrial requirements.

Many of the assignments I work on involve much more than the real estate itself. Labor availability, transportation infrastructure, port access, facility design, and capital investment all play an important role in developing the right strategy.

If you are evaluating a new facility, approaching a lease expiration, or looking for a data-driven perspective on the Charleston and Savannah industrial markets, I would be happy to help.

Common questions I help clients answer include:

• Should we renew, relocate, expand, or consolidate?
• Should we own or lease our next facility?
• Is our current lease aligned with our long-term business objectives?
• How do labor availability, transportation infrastructure, and port access influence site selection?
• Where is the Southeast industrial market heading?

I am actively involved with SIOR, CoreNet Global, and NAIOP. After thirteen (13) years with an international commercial real estate firm, I became one of the founding members of Bridge Commercial.  I am happily married with two (2) children and love to kiteboard, coach my kid’s sports and play golf.
