Brooks is a Vice President at Bridge Commercial, focused on outdoor storage, industrial logistics, and cold storage opportunities. His experience encompasses the full lifecycle of industrial and logistics developments, including site selection, leasing, and disposition.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kentucky and is a Member Associate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
In addition to his real estate work, Brooks serves on the Board of Advisors for the Medical University of South Carolina’s Storm Eye Institute. In 2021, he was named one of Charleston Regional Business Journal’s 35 Best and Brightest. He previously served on the Charleston Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Steering Committee.
In his free time, Brooks enjoys spending time with his wife, Emory. He is also an avid sporting clay shooter and golfer.
