BIO

A Cleveland, Ohio native, Bryce Madden joined Bridge Commercial as an Associate after graduating from the University of Utah in 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate, and Accounting. While at the University of Utah, Bryce was also a Division I student-athlete, competing on the men’s lacrosse team. Bryce focuses primarily on industrial and flex properties, supporting the firm’s brokerage team through market research, property surveys, tenant and land prospecting, and comparable analysis.

Prior to becoming an Associate, Bryce gained experience with Bridge Commercial as an intern, working across coastal and inland Southeast markets. His background in finance, real estate, and accounting, combined with the discipline and teamwork developed as a collegiate athlete, provides a strong foundation as he continues to build relationships and help clients identify strategic commercial real estate opportunities.
