BIO
Davis Egloff is an Associate at Bridge Commercial focused on industrial real estate throughout the Charleston market. He works with companies evaluating their space needs as well as property owners looking to lease and position industrial assets in an increasingly competitive market.
His practice focuses primarily on industrial tenant and landlord representation, with experience supporting leasing assignments across the Charleston region. Davis works closely with Bridge’s industrial brokerage team to track available space, identify prospective tenants and properties, analyze market activity, conduct property tours, and support negotiations throughout the leasing process.
A Mount Pleasant native, Davis grew up in the Charleston area and brings a strong familiarity with the region to his work. He returned home after earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Management from Clemson University in 2025 to begin his career in commercial real estate.
Davis is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Group and the South Carolina Economic Developers’ Association (SCEDA), allowing him to stay involved with the real estate and economic development communities shaping growth throughout the region.
Outside of the office, Davis enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
