A third-generation real estate professional, Frank Schofield brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience and a relationship-driven approach built on trust, analytical precision, and long-term client success. His academic background in International Relations and Business at George Mason University and Webster University Geneva in Switzerland provides him with a global perspective and a strong understanding of the economic, geopolitical, and demographic factors that shape real estate markets.

Frank began his commercial real estate career in Princeton, New Jersey, where he advised business owners, institutional investors, and corporate clients on a wide range of real estate strategies, including land acquisition, leasing, REO asset management, property management, and relocation services. His experience throughout the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia markets further strengthened his ability to guide clients through complex, multi-market real estate decisions. Since 2005, Frank has also been an active real estate investor in the Charlotte market.

A devoted husband and father of five, Frank is actively involved in his community through Scouting America, his local church, youth sports, band, dance, and other family activities. His commitment to service, integrity, and lasting relationships carries through every aspect of his personal and professional life.
