CHARLESTON, SC – Bridge Commercial has been awarded the marketing and leasing for the Charleston Tech Center (CTC), a tech-focused, six-floor, 92,000 square foot office building of modern design located at 997 Morrison Drive in Downtown Charleston, SC.
The CTC’s ground floor will be dedicated to restaurant and service-retail users while the upper floors will be occupied by technology and tech-related companies of varying sizes. Building features will include a covered rooftop terrace, indoor and outdoor bike storage, showers, shared conference space and an adjacent 820 space public parking garage separated by an urban public park.
The Charleston Digital Corridor, founded in 2001 to attract, nurture and promote Charleston’s technology sector, will be an anchor tenant in the CTC.
