CHARLESTON, SC – Bridge Commercial is pleased to welcome Michael Palmer back as a Vice President.
Bridge Commercial is pleased to announce the return of Michael Palmer as Vice President, bringing a decade of commercial real estate experience and a proven track record of advising corporate occupiers and property owners across the Southeast.
Palmer rejoins the firm with an impressive background in office leasing and corporate real estate advisory, having completed more than 900,000 square feet of transactions on behalf of corporate occupiers during his four years in Miami. His return further strengthens Bridge Commercial's office brokerage team and the firm's ability to deliver strategic real estate solutions throughout the Charleston market.
With experience representing both tenants and landlords, Palmer brings a well-rounded perspective to the office sector. He specializes in helping businesses navigate leasing, sales, relocations, expansions, and renewals while advising institutional and private property owners on leasing strategies that attract quality tenants and maximize long-term asset value. His approach combines in-depth market knowledge, strong client relationships, and a focus on delivering bottom line results that align with each client's business objectives.
