BRIDGE COMMERCIAL EXPANDS OPERATIONS TO GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA
CHARLESTON, S.C. – Bridge Commercial is pleased to announce the expansion of our operations into Greenville, South Carolina, establishing a dedicated presence in the Upstate and marking the next step in our continued growth across the Carolinas. With an experienced local team leading the office, Bridge is positioned to better serve clients throughout the region and build a lasting presence in the Greenville market.
Leading our Greenville office are Perry Major and Nick Hollstegge, two longtime Greenville residents who bring extensive commercial real estate experience and a strong understanding of the Upstate market.
Perry brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience in his hometown of Greenville and throughout the Southeast. His knowledge of the market, established industry connections and practical approach make Perry an invaluable addition to Bridge as we establish our presence in Greenville and expand our work throughout the Upstate.
With over 15 years of experience, Nick brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by his work as both a broker and principal. His background in industrial and office real estate includes working with users, developers and investors on site selection, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. That range of experience makes Nick a strong leader for Bridge and an important part of our continued growth in the Greenville market.

Our Greenville office is located at 504 Rhett Street, Suite 205, in the heart of Greenville’s West End. The office will serve as Bridge’s home in the Upstate as our team works with clients across Greenville and the surrounding region.
