With more than 25 years of experience in industrial commercial real estate, Perry Major has built a reputation for delivering strategic real estate solutions for logistics, manufacturing, and distribution clients throughout the Southeast. Based in the Greenville-Spartanburg market, he has negotiated millions of square feet of industrial leases, build-to-suit projects, and investment sales, including major automotive supplier parks and Class A distribution facilities near Inland Port Greer.
Major works closely with owners, occupiers, and investors to identify opportunities that support long-term operational and business objectives. His extensive market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and practical approach allow him to guide clients through every stage of the transaction process, from site selection and incentive negotiations to warehouse planning and infrastructure considerations.
As a Vice President at Bridge Commercial, Major specializes in industrial landlord and tenant representation throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. He is committed to providing thoughtful guidance, creative solutions, and exceptional service that help clients maximize the value of their real estate decisions.
Outside of the office, Major is an Ironman triathlete and endurance marathoner who enjoys staying active and giving back to the community. He volunteers with Autism Speaks, coaches youth soccer through CESA, and enjoys spending time with his two children and German Shepherd. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
