Will provides a tremendous level of service for his clients in delivering site selection, build to suit planning, sale-leaseback advisory and portfolio strategy. He is highly rated and competent in various form of analysis and communication. Will has played a pivotal role in several high-impact transactions with the region:

  • Disposition of over 5,000 acres of industrial land in the greater Charleston area on behalf of WestRock

  • Assisted confidential client for the acquisition of over one million square feet of mission-critical inventory storage

  • Advised on the sale-leaseback of a 600,000-square-foot facility

  • Assisted in multiple build-to-suit projects ranging from 200,000 to 750,000 square feet

In every engagement, Will utilizes detailed analytics and customized financial models to evaluate and compare the cost impacts of real estate decisions — incorporating variables such as tax structures, operating expenses, transportation costs, and market availability across multiple geographies.

Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the College of Charleston. His diverse background, shaped by experiences living in New York, New Jersey, and Washington D.C., has equipped him with a broad perspective and a strong adaptability to evolving market dynamics. Will currently resides in Mount Pleasant with his wife and two children.
