BRIDGE COMMERCIAL WELCOMES BARBARA ARMITAGE TO THE TEAM AS A SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER
CHARLESTON, SC – Bridge Commercial is proud to announce the addition of Barbara Armitage as Senior Property Manager, further strengthening the team’ property management capabilities.
Barbara Armitage joins Bridge Commercial as Senior Property Manager, bringing more than 30 years of commercial real estate property management experience. She began her career in her hometown of Buffalo, New York leasing retail, office, and medical office properties, before relocating to Raleigh, North Carolina where she spent more than two decades advancing her career to Director of Property Management. Throughout her career, Barbara has managed portfolios of Class A office, retail, and medical office space, developing expertise in property operations, budgeting, and tenant relations. Barbara is excited to bring her decades of experience to the Lowcountry and join the Bridge Commercial team, where she will further strengthen Bridge Commercial growing property management team.
