CHARLESTON, S.C. – Hagood S. Morrison II, John Beam, Brooks Courtney, and Graham Meisel of Bridge Commercial are pleased to announce the successful lease of a 200,000-square-foot facility at 2725 W. 5th North Street in the Charleston region. Bridge Commercial represented Venom EV in the transaction as the rapidly growing manufacturer relocates its corporate headquarters and establishes a new manufacturing and distribution facility in the Lowcountry.
